The second chapter of the call for projects is now open, until 31 january 2026!

The Regional Council of Normandy invites stakeholders from Normandy, France, the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, Ireland, regions of Southern Italy, Flanders, Norway and Denmark to respond to this call to create the programme for a major one-year event.
